YWO Review — Is YWO a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. YWO is a forex/CFD broker claiming a Comoros (Mwali) base and a South African FSCA licence 54357 — the latter unverified — with a documented complaint pattern of cancelled profits and silently cut leverage The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid ywo.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

The record

What the notices say

  • WikiFX's complaint cluster (Mar–Apr 2026, Hong Kong/Vietnam users): profits unilaterally cancelled citing “illegal trade” while identical losing trades stood — one complaint documents $4,058.55 removed (17 Apr 2024) — and leverage cut from the advertised 1:1000 to 1:50 after deposits.
  • WikiFX issued a formal risk alert on 2026-10-01: seven user complaints recorded, score lowered for unresolved complaints — with template denials posted to every complaint instead of case resolution.
  • Entity opacity: a Moheli (Mwali) address — the classic offshore shell strip — a “founded 1998” claim on affiliate pages against 1–2 years of operating history on WikiFX, and an FSCA 54357 attached to a “(PTY) LTD” name readers cannot easily verify.
  • The claimed FSCA licence 54357 remains unverified on the FSCA portal as of research — if it proves unlinked, this upgrades to a fake-licence case. Verify it yourself at fsca.co.za.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • profits voided under vague client-agreement clauses
  • withdrawals blocked after profitable trading
  • leverage silently reduced after you deposit
  • IB and referral participants hit hardest
  • boilerplate denials instead of resolutions
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my YWO account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at ywo.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as YWO.

YWO says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
