What the notices say

  • FCA warning, first published 27 February 2023, updated 3 August 2026: T4Trade may be providing financial services without FCA permission. Website www.t4trade.com. Address: F20, 1st Floor, Eden Plaza, Eden Island, Seychelles. That is an unauthorised-firm warning, not a criminal conviction. Dealing with it means no Financial Ombudsman and no FSCS cover.
  • The client agreements for T4Trade and for Xlence both say the name is a trade name of Tradeco Limited, Seychelles company 8422971-1, and both claim Seychelles FSA licence SD029. That number is what the agreements say. It was not read off the FSA register in this pass, so it is not confirmed here.
  • The same Eden Plaza address is on the FCA notice and on those agreements. Xlence.com is the other name in the Xlence agreement.
