What the notices say

  • Washington State Department of Financial Institutions, Securities Division, alert of 21 January 2026: Blue Chip Growth Fund at mybluechip.com appeared to impersonate T. Rowe Price. A victim who believed the funds would be invested in currencies, gold, and oil and gas could not withdraw. A Facebook ad posing as an FBI recovery service sent them to Bitinvests Exchange at bitinvests.vip, where further fees were paid. Both sites were later inactive. DFI states the reported facts were not verified by DFI. Loss reported: $23,440.
  • BBB Scam Tracker 1134043 (17 December 2025, victim account): Blue Chip Growth Fund advertised an Elon Musk / Larry Kudlow interview and a claim that xAI would turn $250 into $2,000 in a month. The dashboard showed $865. Withdrawal by wire was never acted on, access was blocked, and the $250 card payment was later credited back by the card issuer. Login cited: mybluechip.lit. Reported figure $865.
  • Disambiguation, stated plainly: xAI, Elon Musk's company, is not this fund. T. Rowe Price's real Blue Chip Growth Fund is not this website. The FBI does not recover scam losses through a Facebook ad. Bitinvests was the second scam, charging fees to “unfreeze” money the first site had already taken.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • an ad featuring Elon Musk, xAI, or a famous stock-fund name
  • a small card deposit, a rising fake balance, then a dead withdrawal
  • a second site that says your money is frozen and a fee will release it
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my XAI Blue Chip Fund (Blue Chip Growth Fund) account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at mybluechip.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as XAI Blue Chip Fund.

XAI Blue Chip Fund (Blue Chip Growth Fund) says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
