  • FCA unauthorised-firm warning, first published 26 November 2023, updated 14 May 2024: the name is VentureXchange. The notice prints telephone +61290598543 and the websites www.venturesexchanges.com and https://vex-change.pro/. The FCA says the firm is not authorised.
  • The same notice says this entity has no association with the UK company PIX POINT CONSULTING LTD, company number 09999724, and that the unauthorised firm is falsely claiming that company's name and number. The genuine company does not carry out regulated activities. The notice also says there is no association with the Croatian company VentureXchange Ltd, registered under 54390618413, at Savska cesta 32, Zagreb, Croatia. This page is the warned VentureXchange sites. It is not a review of either of those companies.
