Tradiso Review — Is Tradiso a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. Tradiso is a Bali-addressed “true ECN” MT5 broker whose ASIC “Authorised Representative” number is not an AFSL — and whose FinCEN MSB registration is a money-transmitter record, not a broker licence The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid tradiso.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

The record

What the notices say

  • WikiFX (2026): “No forex trading license found”; registration Saint Lucia; “suspicious regulatory license” flag; high potential risk; Bali office address.
  • A Forex Peace Army user review: “absolutely no regulation… Tradiso is a scam” — unregulated while claiming otherwise.
  • forexbrokerz.com (2021): it falsely claimed St. Vincent regulation — the SVG FSA explicitly does not license forex brokers (the SVG FSA warning is quoted in that review); FastBull: “appears to be a scam… previously claimed registered in St. Vincent.”
  • The licence-claim anatomy, which is the crux: ASIC Authorised Representative (AFS Rep #001321555) status attaches to another licensee's authorisation — it is not an AFSL and gives ASIC no direct oversight of client funds; and the FinCEN MSB number (#31000330683231) is a money-transmitter registration, not broker authorisation. Accepting US clients under an MSB means precisely no NFA/CFTC oversight.
  • Counter-signal, weighted: the site's own heavily promoted Trustpilot page (75+ reviews, 95% 5-star) is self-curated — treat it as marketing, not evidence.
  • The explainer to reuse: an ASIC Authorised Representative is a sales agent of a licensee, not a licensee; an MSB registration means the Treasury was told money moves, nothing more. Any broker whose strongest credentials are these two numbers has no brokerage licence.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • regulatory numbers presented as licences that are not
  • a Saint Lucia registration behind a “true ECN” claim
  • withdrawal complaints met with aggregator-visible warnings
  • a 95%-five-star page hosted on the vendor's own site
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Tradiso account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at tradiso.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Tradiso.

Tradiso says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
