  • The client agreement (site, accessed 2026) contains broad withdrawal-refusal and profit-forfeiture clauses (sections 12.2–12.4: latency-arbitrage bans, profit cancellation “in our reasonable discretion”) — the standard offshore boilerplate that makes withdrawal refusal contractual.
  • No verifiable top-tier licence: no FCA, ASIC or CFTC footprint found in research, and no regulator named on the site could be confirmed.
  • The targeting itself is the risk vector: mobile-money users are underbanked, funding is irreversible, and there is no card chargeback route — the structure protects the broker, not the depositor.
