What the notices say

  • IOSCO I-SCAN warning 51525: the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority, date published at the FMA 14 April 2026 and at IOSCO 16 April 2026. Commercial name VCEX. Other names listed: SW Wealth Sharing Investment Group, Swift Wave Capital, Swift Wave Global, Value Chain Exchange INC, Victory Crypto Exchange. URLs vcexin.com and sw004.com. Category: fraud and other types of misconduct. Product: crypto and digital assets. The FMA page linked from that notice is the TXEX warning.
  • Kaniva Tonga (17 May 2026) reports Swift Wave Global being promoted in Tongan community networks after the collapse of BG Wealth Sharing, and quotes the same FMA name list. The BG Wealth Sharing review on this site is the earlier operation. The loss estimates attached to BG Wealth are not restated here as a Swift Wave total.
  • BehindMLM describes a click-a-button signal app and an MSB certificate used as if it were a licence. An MSB registration is not a licence. Recovery ads that follow this name are a separate approach.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a chat pitching Swift Wave, VCEX, or Victory Crypto Exchange
  • a link to vcexin.com or sw004.com
  • a recruiter who also promoted BG Wealth Sharing

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Swift Wave Capital account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at vcexin.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Swift Wave Capital.

Swift Wave Capital says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
