What the notices say

  • The Forex Peace Army's SunbirdFx review, updated 4 February 2025, says the firm is out of business and blacklisted. It says the French AMF warned about unauthorised forex brokers on 16 December 2013 and that sunbirdfx.com was on that list. The AMF notice was not opened in this pass, so that date is the FPA's.
  • The same page records FPA Traders Court guilty votes, including a report that payment was conditioned on a client removing a review, and it links the domain for part of 2014–2015 to the YouTradeFX group. Those are the FPA's findings.
  • An old blacklist is not a live site. It is a reason not to fund a domain that has taken the name back.
