What the notices say

  • Trustpilot, 25 October 2026: Solarbee at solarbee.io is rated Poor at 2.4 / 5 from 32 reviews. Claimed August 2024. Filed under cryptocurrency service.
  • Trustpilot review, 19 November 2025: Possible scam company. They have taken multiple transactions from my card on behalf of a known unlicensed illegal online casino. Despite me raising this with them, they have gone silent for a number of weeks. Their own website states United Kingdom as a prohibited country. That is the reviewer's allegation.
  • Trustpilot review, 27 September 2025: I just bought 2000€ worth of TRX and still got nothing after more than 6 hours. The €2,000 figure is the reviewer's.
  • Trustpilot review, 3 September 2025: Not a professional service, take your money but doesn't provide anything. They also ignore all communication. That is the reviewer's account.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a card charge labelled Solarbee
  • a TRX buy that never posts
  • a UK login on a site that lists the UK as prohibited
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Solarbee account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at solarbee.io. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Solarbee.

Solarbee says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
