No Financial Ombudsman and no FSCS cover if you deal with the clone.
  • The same notice names the genuine firm: Societe Generale, FCA firm reference 124866, One Bank Street Canary Wharf London, E14 4SG, UNITED KINGDOM, telephone +4402076766000, website www.societegenerale.co.uk. The FCA says that firm has no connection with the warned name.
  • No victim dollar figure is printed. None was on the notice.
