What the notices say

  • BBB Scam Tracker 1204701 (21 February 2026) is a victim account, not a court finding. It names Skycrest Capital, a person called Audrey Sinclair, and Lexo Exchange as one operation: recommended trades, a large on-screen profit, a $579,000 fee, and the funds not released. Reported loss $2,777,999.99. The URL on that report is lexonmedical.com, which is discussed on the Lexo page. No separate Skycrest Capital trading domain was confirmed, so none is printed.
  • Skycrest Valtrio is a different brand. The OSC warning of 24 February 2026 and the domains skycrest-valtrio.com and its mirrors belong to that page, not to this one.
  • The personal name and the dollar figures are the complainant's. A recovery-agency write-up of the same story was not used.
