What the notices say

  • BBB Scam Tracker 1071699 (2 October 2025) is a victim account, not a court finding: Celtic Finance Institute, www.skeeapp.com and www.cfiled.com, a WhatsApp contact called Grace Virtanen at (646) 821-6132, then Telegram, and a contract the complainant says required about $200,000. The form's reported loss is $200,000. On-screen figures in that narrative, including a balance above 1.7 million USDT, are what the screen showed. The complainant says a fee that was supposed to come from profits was then demanded from new money, and withdrawals were locked until it was paid. Coinbase and Gemini were the accounts the complainant sent from. They are not this app.
  • BBB Scam Tracker 1138147 (21 December 2025) names SKEEApp.com and cfiled.com, an app called Skee-Pro, tokens called VPS, and Celtic Finance Institute. Nothing could be withdrawn, support stopped, and the account was then cancelled. Reported loss $4,500.
  • BBB Scam Tracker 1166710 (15 January 2026) names skeeapp.com, Celtic Finance Institute, SKEE-Pro and Starlink Exchange, and a wire of $500,000 after on-screen profits. The platform then demanded taxes, security fees and verification from new money and froze the account. Reported loss $500,000. The complainant says the group claimed a Colorado company filing. That number was not checked on the register here, so it is not printed. No regulator warning naming skeeapp.com was located in this pass.
