The record

What the notices say

  • OSC warning of 29 Jan 2026: Royal-StLtd.com plus a fake-regulator subdomain cadfinra.royal-stltd.com plus a “Finseu Licence” PDF hosted on its own site — a forged licence from the invented FINAEU/FINSEU authority.
  • An earlier OSC warning of 24 Mar 2025 covered three older domains (royal-stonegroup.com, royal-stone.group, royalstone-group.com) — documented domain rotation across roughly ten months.
  • The claimed address — Toronto Dominion Centre, 77 King Street West — borrows one of Canada's most recognisable office towers; multiple IOSCO I-SCAN entries exist (incl. id=36852).
  • The “cadfinra” subdomain mimics FINRA/CIRO naming; the entity is not registered in Ontario under any of its names.

  • a forged regulator licence hosted on the scammer's own site
  • domain rotation to stay ahead of warnings
  • a landmark Toronto address used as a costume

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
