  • Disambiguation, stated plainly: Belgium's FSMA has separately warned that Pocket Option (pocketoption.com and po.trade) is a fraudulent trading platform. That is a different published address from m.po.life. This page does not assert that the two are the same company. Both are binary-options-adjacent names, and neither should be funded on the strength of the other.
  • The CFTC's own binary-options advisory, cited in the same press release, describes refused credits, denied reimbursements and software manipulated to generate losing trades. No PO Trade Ltd. victim dossier beyond the listing was located in this pass.
