What the notices say

  • Trustpilot, 25 October 2026: plisio.net is rated Average at 2.8 / 5 from 406 reviews. The company text calls Plisio a merchant PSP for Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and other coins. Contact printed: United Kingdom, support@plisio.net.
  • Trustpilot review, 29 July 2026: a writer says $900 of Monero locked overnight and was gone the next morning. That figure is the reviewer's. The writer also says a three-year pattern of locks.
  • A one-star preview on the same page says $12,500 lost on 20 October 2024 and that at least 170 other accounts hit zero that day. Those figures are the reviewer's. They are not a regulator count.
  • Trustpilot review, 8 September 2026: a writer says $100 USDT was detained for KYC and still missing after three days. That is the reviewer's allegation.
  • No FCA, AFM or CNMV notice naming plisio.net was located. A 2.8 score from hundreds of reviews is the public complaint file, not a conviction.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a Plisio payment that never confirms
  • a wallet balance locked overnight
  • a KYC hold that does not release
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Plisio account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at plisio.net. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Plisio.

Plisio says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
