Phyx Trade Review — Is Phyx Trade a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. Phyx Trade is a “Saint Lucia and India registered” forex/CFD broker whose only registration is a non-licence — and whose name cannot be safely searched without the OSC citation The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid no confirmed domain, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • OSC warning (30 Mar 2026): Phyx Trade Ltd is not registered in Ontario (CSA archive).
  • BrokersView (13 Jul 2025): its only “registration” is a Saint Lucia IFC International Business Company status — explicitly not a forex licence; “Phyx Trade appears to be a scam” (their caution respected on this page).
  • WikiFX: 1.65/10 “No Verifiable Regulatory License” (2026), with a second article at 1.20 calling it “established 2024” (10 Apr 2026); Reddit r/FxGeckoData records registration of 7 Mar 2025, safety 40/100, “no valid forex license”.
  • Withdrawal complaints appear in recovery-firm Instagram posts (May 2026, low-weight). The suspected domain phyxtrade.com was never verified — this page does not print it as fact.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • offshore-IBC “registration” presented as a licence
  • withdrawal complaints per secondary channels
  • an OSC warning anchoring a name that cannot be searched safely
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Phyx Trade account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at no confirmed domain. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Phyx Trade.

Phyx Trade says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
