  • BBB Scam Tracker 1353731 (13 July 2026) is a victim account, not a court finding: otocoin.vip, a phone number (646) 403-5684, a 15 percent commission, and a “loan” demanded before a withdrawal of about 65,000 USDT.
  • Those figures are the complainant's. No regulator warning naming otocoin.vip was located in this pass, and no company behind the domain was confirmed.
  • A balance denominated in USDT that cannot move until you pay a percentage is the fee trap. Paying it does not create a withdrawal.
