The site is gone. That does not mean your money is. Mind.Capital (mind.capital) has followed the classic pattern: take deposits, stall withdrawals, vanish. Here's what the shutdown means — and what you can still do.
Send this to Forensics Source GroupMind.Capital, fronted by professional gambler Gonzalo García-Pelayo, promised “AI-driven” crypto-arbitrage returns of up to 1.4% daily. Spain's CNMV warned against it in January 2020; Texas issued an emergency cease-and-desist in July 2020; Italy's CONSOB ordered it blacked out the same month.
Withdrawals froze in June 2020, months before the regulatory pile-on completed. By November 2021 Spanish prosecutors had a criminal complaint for estafa (fraud) on file. The site now returns HTTP 409 — the machine is off, and the only asset left is the money trail.
As of October 2026, mind.capital is shut down — the operation has ceased and its successor entity is in liquidation. There is no functioning platform, no support channel, and no one answering withdrawal requests under this name.
A legitimate operator in trouble publishes notices, appoints administrators and talks to its clients. A fraud operation simply goes dark. This is the dark pattern — and if the name comes back later as a “successor platform” contacting former users, treat it as the next phase of the same scheme, not a rescue. Put your energy into the trace instead: the money trail is the one asset that does not vanish with the website.
The regulatory record, in order: CNMV warning (January 2020) → withdrawals frozen (June 2020) → Texas State Securities Board emergency cease-and-desist (July 2020) → CONSOB ISP blackout order (July 2020) → criminal complaint for estafa filed in Spain (November 2021). Each step is documented publicly. If you deposited, your records belong in the Spanish criminal complaint file and with your bank's fraud team — the trail does not close with the website.

Yes — on the available record, this was a Ponzi-style operation. Guaranteed daily 'AI arbitrage' returns, a freeze on withdrawals in June 2020, warnings from Spain's CNMV (January 2020), an emergency Texas cease-and-desist (July 2020), a CONSOB blackout order (July 2020) and a criminal estafa complaint in Spain (November 2021) — that is not a business failure, that is a fraud lifecycle.
Fraud platforms shut down when new deposits stop covering withdrawal demands — or when enforcement attention gets close. The domain gets parked, sold or left to rot. A vanished site is itself evidence.
The date, how you paid, the name of the person who told you to pay, or a screenshot you still have. The site going dark does not delete your payment record. The first look is free.
We add it to the investigation of Mind.Capital: the payment, the person who asked for it, and the public record already on this page. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
