MBFX Review — Is MBFX a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. MBFX is a site marketing itself as an “FCA regulated broker with segregated client funds” — a claim no register supports — pushed through a copy-trading funnel on YouTube. The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid mbfx.co, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • Markets itself as “FCA regulated” with “segregated client funds”, but is not registered with the FCA, CySEC or VFSC, per a WikiBit check — the central claim of its marketing is false.
  • The entity behind it, MBFX Global Limited, is a 2023 Saint Lucia IBC (2023-00532); its only registration is a US FinCEN MSB number — a money-transmitter registration, not a broker licence.
  • Promoted through an Indian YouTube influencer's “copy-trading” funnel — social-media acquisition rather than regulated marketing.
  • Claims awards from 2016–2021 while company records date it to 2022–2023 — a timeline that is impossible on its face.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • withdrawal pending for over a month, support silent
  • $10,000 of copy-trading profits blocked — offered as “forfeit the profits or take $1,000/month”
  • “tax processing and transaction clearance” fees demanded, after which the site disappeared — one reported loss: $28,900
  • Trustpilot (as “Multi Business Forex”) at 2.8/5 with 62 reviews
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my MBFX account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at mbfx.co. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as MBFX.

MBFX says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
