Yes. MaxPro365 is a WhatsApp-driven fake broker (entity named in complaints: TA Capital Markets Ltd, a Costa Rica address, a UK VoIP phone) — documented by a named victim and cross-referenced by other victims as one brand in a five-brand scam network The notices are written once, in the block below. What the notices say

  • A named victim account (WikiFX exposure, this session): Arvind Tomar deposited ~USD 1,500 via bank and Binance; the withdrawal stalled 20+ days with rotating new conditions (forced trades, lot counts, weekly instalments); representatives “Dev” and “Raman” gave conflicting instructions — and completed withdrawal requests were removed from his account history despite full KYC.
  • Network cross-reference: a Trustpilot review on the Orbin Markets page (13 Nov 2025, Sri Lanka-based victim) alleges the same operator runs Orbin Markets, Maxpro365, PlusOne Trade, Vertex Prime and EuroPrime under BPO fronts (Phoenix BPO, SpectraTech BPO) in Colombo — one ring disproportionately targeting Indian and Sri Lankan victims.
  • Account-opening fraud: a LinkedIn user (Nelson Arokiaraj) reports receiving Maxpro365 login credentials for an account he never opened — data abuse on top of the withdrawal pattern.
  • The registry picture: WikiFX score 1.18/10 — “No Regulation”, “Suspicious Regulatory License”, “High potential risk” (warning entry 28 Feb 2026); a UK VoIP number (+44 2045864831) fronts a claimed Costa Rica address; scam-list presence on recovery-firm lists (lycanretrieve.com, 31 Oct 2025).
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • WhatsApp “account managers” (one victim names “Andrea”) who block you after deposit
  • withdrawals deleted from account history
  • rotating invented conditions
  • login credentials for accounts you never opened arriving by email
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my MaxPro365 account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at maxpro365.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as MaxPro365.

MaxPro365 says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
