What the notices say

  • A trade-press report dated 8 January 2025 says CySEC that day named marketsvox.com among websites operating without authorisation to provide investment services in Cyprus, under Law 87(I)/2017. The same report says Malaysia's Securities Commission added MarketsVox to an investor-alert list in December 2024. The CySEC document and the Malaysian list were not opened in this pass, so this page is reporting that account.
  • The same coverage describes MarketsVox as a Seychelles-licensed broker that launched a prop brand, MVFunded. The Seychelles number was not read off a register here, so it is not printed.
  • An authorisation warning is not a criminal conviction. It does mean the Cyprus listing, if the press account is right, is not a licence.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • an account at marketsvox.com
  • a prop-firm upsell under a MarketsVox or MVFunded name
  • a Seychelles licence offered as cover for a Cyprus client
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my MarketsVox account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at marketsvox.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as MarketsVox.

MarketsVox says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
