What the notices say

  • Forex Peace Army scam finding, 7 November 2014, covering 1LotSTP.com with 1PipFix, 2PipFixed, 4RunnerForex and LoyalForex. The first case, filed December 2013, was a 1LotSTP account suspended for alleged arbitrage, with the client told the firm could return the opening deposit or investigate in a way that could cost that deposit too.
  • The same finding says the Nevis regulation claim did not check out, and that NFACS was not a regulator. The company did not reply to the FPA's invitations. Later FPA pages say the original sites went offline.
  • The sister pages are 1PipFix, 2PipFixed and 4RunnerForex.
