  • Trustpilot review, 31 August 2026: It's a scam. They don't tell you that there's a hidden 20% processing fee. I deposited $75.00 and at the final screen it said the fee would be $4, but I only received $59. Those figures are the reviewer's. The company reply points to localcoinatm.com/fees.
  • A preview one-star note says a 15-year-old employee fell for a phone/bitcoin scam and that police are involved. That is the reviewer's allegation.
