What the notices say

  • BBB Scam Tracker 1204701 (21 February 2026) is a victim account, not a court finding: Lexo and Skycrest Capital operating together, a consultant named Audrey Sinclair, trades and a “new IPO” that looked profitable, then a withdrawal fee. The complainant reports paying $579,000, a wire on 12 December 2025 to a PNC account described as Lexo's C2C merchant, and a bank confirmation that the fee arrived. Reported loss $2,777,999.99. The URL field on the report is lexonmedical.com. Phone (623) 330-9826.
  • The complainant also says they were told that if they did not pay within 72 hours, a $4 million balance would be donated to charity. That balance is what the screen showed. The dollar figures are the complainant's.
  • A forum post describes the same pair of names, a test credit, and a “loan” that had to be repaid from outside the account before a withdrawal. A recovery-agency article that retells the same loss was not used. Skycrest Valtrio, the OSC-listed brand at skycrest-valtrio.com, is a different page.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a Skycrest consultant sending you to Lexo
  • a profit or an IPO that exists only on the dashboard
  • a large fee, then a claim that the wire never arrived
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Lexo Exchange account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at lexonmedical.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Lexo Exchange.

Lexo Exchange says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
