What the notices say

  • FMA New Zealand warning (30 Oct 2025): “JD Trader Prime Limited (Imposter)” — falsely claiming NZ registration; roughly twenty jdnx* domains listed with support@jdnx.com (IOSCO I-SCAN entry).
  • ASIC Moneysmart investor alert: JD Trader (jdnx.com) is unlicensed in Australia.
  • OSC warning (30 Mar 2026): JDNX (aka JD Trader) is not registered in Ontario.
  • The camouflage, documented: WikiFX records claims of SEC/FINRA/FINTRAC supervision (unverified, score ~1.49), and JDTRADER PRIME LIMITED exists in the NZ company register (no. 8211653) — a real registration that the FMA explicitly says does not equal FMA authorisation. Company registration is not a licence; the FMA's word for this operation is “imposter”.
  • jdnx.com is now parked at a Namecheap auction page (direct fetch, 17 Oct 2026) — abandoned after the warnings. Clone-domain pattern: jdnx + number + .com (jdnx1–jdnx103, jdnxzj*.com, jdtrade6.com, jdnxtrade3/5.com and more), with multilingual apps in EN/ZH/VI.
  • The support addresses for jdnx.com are fund@jdnx.com, ib@jdnx.com.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a real-looking NZ FSP number that authorises nothing
  • dozens of numbered clone domains rotating the same app
  • claims of SEC/FINRA/FINTRAC supervision that none of those regulators confirm
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my JDNX account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at jdnx.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as JDNX.

JDNX says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
