  • FCA clone warning, published 1 October 2026: IPO Horizon is not authorised. The FCA says fraudsters are using that name, telephone +447721904036, website ipohorizon.com, and addresses 2 Bd Royal, 2983 Ville-Haute, Luxembourg; Peninsular House, 36 Monument Street, London, EC3R 8LJ; and 30 Wall Street, New York, NY 10005. A clone warning, not a criminal conviction. No Financial Ombudsman and no FSCS cover if you deal with the clone.
  • The same notice names the genuine firm: Horizon Financial Planning Limited, FCA firm reference 307222, Edgbaston Hall, 25 Church Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands, B15 3TB, telephone +4401214279009, website horizonfp.co.uk. The FCA says that firm has no connection with the clone.
