IndoEx Review — Is IndoEx a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. IndoEx is an offshore “digital assets exchange” operating since 2019 with a long record of withdrawal-blocking complaints. The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid indoex.io, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • Not regulated by any recognised authority (per TradersUnion and Invezz); a UK company connection is claimed with no FCA registration.
  • Bitcointalk scam-accusation threads run since 2018–2022 — funds zeroed after an STO listing, blocked withdrawals, and fabricated founder identities (“Spencer Collins”, “Grace North”) per Cointelegraph-cited reporting.
  • Trustpilot complaints describe tokens blocked, delistings without warning, and demands for more money to unlock accounts.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • withdrawals blocked unless more money is deposited
  • tokens zeroed or delisted without explanation
  • fake team identities on a platform that trades real deposits
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my IndoEx account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at indoex.io. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as IndoEx.

IndoEx says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
