What the notices say

  • FCA warning, first published 10 February 2020 and last updated 9 February 2026: Immediate Edge may be providing financial services without permission. Domains on the warning include immediateedgebot.com, immediate-edge.co.uk, immediateedgetradingapp.com, immediateedge-uk.com, immediateedgepro.com, immediateedgeai.com, immediate-edge.co, immediate-edge.software, immediate-edge.io and immbt.com, plus named social accounts. An unauthorised-firm warning is not a criminal conviction.
  • “Immediate Edge Tradings” was the spelling submitted. It is not a separate firm on the warning. The warning is the brand, across those domains.
  • The same template — a roughly €250 minimum and a cold call — is why sibling “Immediate” names show up on other regulators' lists. A new domain in that family is still this warning until the FCA register says otherwise.
