FXCG Review — Is FXCG a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. FXCG is an offshore forex and CFD broker (Capstone Global Markets LLC) claiming ASIC and CIMA licences that do not check out. The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid fxcg.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • A third-party review (ReclaimBlock) lists it as unregulated; the ASIC licence number quoted belongs to a differently named entity (Capstone Global Australia Pty Ltd, AFSL 494799), and the CIMA name does not match either.
  • WikiFX carries ten user complaints and a September 2026 risk alert rating it “high potential risk”; one profile places its address in Anguilla, another in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
  • A Trustpilot reviewer reports $40,106 simply “GONE”, and the site itself was unreachable during our research.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • withdrawal refusal followed by disappearance
  • pressure to pay further third-party “fees”
  • a site that goes unreachable after complaints pile up
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my FXCG account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at fxcg.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as FXCG.

FXCG says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
