FundedTop Review — Is FundedTop a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. FundedTop is a UK-registered prop-evaluation firm (EVALUATION MARKETING LTD, no. 15557840) whose Trustpilot is propped up by suspicious 5-star bursts — and whose anchor case is a $65,966 payout blocked behind successive “unlock” deposits. The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid fundedtop.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

The record

What the notices say

  • Forex Peace Army timeline (Jan–Feb 2026): a trader passed all phases cleanly and requested a $65,966 payout, approved on 20 February 2026 — then blocked unless he made successive additional deposits ($49 card purchase, then a larger crypto deposit “to unlock” the payout panel). Classic advance-fee escalation; support then went silent.
  • Trustpilot 3.7/5 across ~178 reviews is unusually polarised: bursts of 5-star reviews (payout-in-4-hours stories, giveaway accounts) interleaved with 1-star allegations — £32,600 denied (Jul 2025), a “tick scalping” excuse (Aug 2025), account crashes and users “blocked everywhere” after complaining. That interleaving pattern is consistent with review manipulation holding the score up.
  • Unregulated by design: the simulated-money model sits outside the FCA perimeter — no compensation scheme covers a challenge fee.
  • Counterpoints kept in view: the UK company registration is real, some payouts are verifiably reported (Nov 2025), and Discord support is active. The hedged verdict reflects the polarisation, not certainty either way.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • payout “approved”, then a deposit required to “unlock” the payout panel
  • each unlock payment revealing another, larger one
  • support ghosting after the advance-fee sequence is questioned
  • accounts crashing with profits inside
  • bursts of 5-star reviews arriving the same day as detailed 1-star payout-denial allegations
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my FundedTop account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at fundedtop.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as FundedTop.

FundedTop says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
