  • FCA clone warning, published 31 July 2026: Finlto is not authorised and may be targeting people in the UK. Website finalto.co. Telephone +905533485487. A clone warning, not a criminal conviction. No Financial Ombudsman and no FSCS cover if you deal with the clone.
  • The same notice names the genuine firm: Finalto Financial Services Limited, FCA firm reference 481853, 11th Floor Broadgate Tower 20 Primrose Street London, EC2A 2EW, UNITED KINGDOM, telephone +4402034558751, website www.finalto.com/uk. The FCA says that firm has no connection with the warned name.
  • No victim dollar figure is printed. None was on the notice.
