FINAD-AI Review — Is FINAD-AI a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. FINAD-AI is an AI-trading platform the CSA warned at two domains — with the regulator itself noting it must not be confused with the legitimate German FINAD companies The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid finad-ai.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • CSA investor alert (OSC-issued, 5 Mar 2026, updated 24 Mar 2026): “FINAD-AI … found at https://finad-ai.com and http://finad-ai.net/, is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities”, explicitly tagged crypto-asset trading platforms.
  • The alert itself carries the note: “not to be confused with FINAD AG or FINAD GmbH” — the legitimate German FINAD companies are named by the regulator as uninvolved, and this page repeats that clarification prominently.
  • OSC press batch “February 24 – March 17, 2026” naming FINAD-AI (17 Mar 2026).
  • A YouTube exposé (2026) records users reporting delayed withdrawals and surprise “AI verification” or processing fees.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • surprise “verification” fees before payout
  • withdrawal delays per user reports
  • a name one hyphen away from real German financial firms
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my FINAD-AI account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at finad-ai.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as FINAD-AI.

FINAD-AI says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
