What the notices say

  • The California DFPI crypto scam tracker lists eqitouprime.com as a fake initial exchange offering that charged a subscription fee. The site was later reported down.
  • BBB Scam Tracker 1268597 (25 April 2026) and 1303756 (27 May 2026) are victim accounts, not court findings. They describe eqitouprime.com and an “Eqitou future builders” chat, contacts named Aaron and Talia, an ENOC token offering, and reported losses of about $66,000 and $182,000. One complainant says the pitch cited CIK 0002092292 and a founder named Aaron Andrew Palkiewicz. Those identifiers are the complainant's account of what was claimed. This page does not treat them as verified, and it does not treat a complainant's belief that the FBI or the SEC “is investigating” as a fact.
  • A chat group is not an exchange. A subscription fee to join a token sale is the payment. The dollar figures are the complainants'.
