CytronGift Review — Is CytronGift a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. CytronGift is a gift-card desk whose Trustpilot file mixes stolen-card complaints with a paid-review warning. The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid cytrongift.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • Trustpilot, 25 October 2026: cytrongift.com is a gift-card buy-and-sell listing. One five-star note says no KYC for game gift cards, only for crypto gift cards.
  • Trustpilot review, 9 August 2026, title scam website: took my giftcard and scammed me. That is the reviewer's allegation. The company reply asks for an order ID.
  • Trustpilot review, 6 August 2026: a writer says a €15 Google Play card from Payback points was taken, then marked used. The €15 figure is the reviewer's. The company reply says Google Play Support told it the card was redeemed two days earlier.
  • Trustpilot review, 14 May 2026, title Paid Reviews: I think many of the positive reviews are paid for, so they don't seem genuine. High taxes and fees. That is the reviewer's account. The long five-star notes on the same page are not treated here as independent proof.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a gift-card upload at cytrongift.com
  • no KYC on a game-card sale
  • a card marked used after it is sent
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my CytronGift account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at cytrongift.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as CytronGift.

CytronGift says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
