What the notices say

  • cryvexvip.com displays a seizure notice: the domain was seized by the FBI under a warrant issued pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 981, 982 and 2461 by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, as part of a joint FBI law-enforcement action.
  • BBB Scam Tracker 1391356 (13 August 2026) is a detailed victim account, not a court finding: Cryvex, cry-vex.com and cryvexvip.com, with related names Viontra Capital, Viotra Capital, Vointra Capital and DreFX. Telegram personas included Sophia Turner, Michael Rogers and Lamar Odom. The complainant reports exchange sends of $335,025.85 and a 16 July 2026 liquidation of LTW/USDT shorts showing about −284,047.95 USDT against a one-minute candle the complainant says cannot support that notional. Audit logs were requested and not provided.
  • Those dollar figures are the complainant's. The seizure banner is the government's. Together they are enough to treat the domains as a fraud operation, not a broker dispute. A Washington DFI alert on the related names Viontra Capital Inc. and DreFX Exchange Ltd. is referenced in that same report.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • Telegram “analysts” directing leveraged crypto trades
  • a liquidation that does not match the platform's own chart
  • the VIP domain replaced by an FBI seizure page
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Cryvex (cry-vex.com, cryvexvip.com) account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at cryvexvip.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Cryvex.

Cryvex (cry-vex.com, cryvexvip.com) says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
