  • CFTC RED List (12 June 2023): Coingate ForexPro, web address coingateforexpro.com, origin recorded as the United Kingdom, owned and operated by CryptoBanxaTrade and Crypto Banxa Pro Trade, offerings in forex and binary options, not registered with the CFTC.
  • Disambiguation, stated plainly: CoinGate, the crypto payment processor at coingate.com, is a different business. The scam-adjacent name adds “ForexPro” and uses coingateforexpro.com. Do not send a trading deposit to anything wearing the CoinGate name unless you typed coingate.com yourself and you are paying an invoice, not funding a broker.
  • A UK-origin claim is not an FCA authorisation. No FCA entry for Coingate ForexPro was confirmed in this pass.
