CARFIS Review — Is CARFIS a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. CARFIS is not a broker — an invented “Canadian financial regulator” whose fake licences appear on scam brokers' own subdomains The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid no confirmed domain, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • traderhelpbook (13 Feb 2026): CARFIS — expanded variously as “Canadian Financial Industry Regulatory Authority” or similar — does not exist in any Canadian federal or provincial regulator list; its fake licence documents contain absurd inconsistencies (registration dated 24.06.2020 vs incorporation 27.06.2025).
  • Kingston Capital Advisors review (Oct 2025): a full breakdown of CARFIS fake licences; Orbita-X review (17 Sep 2025) documents carfis.orbita-x.com and fina-eu.orbita-x.com — fake regulator profiles hosted on broker subdomains.
  • Hyper Trades promoted CARFIS (see the Hyper Trades review) — linking the network; the pattern is identical to the fake regulator FINAEU.
  • Educational anchor: the only real Canadian self-regulatory organisation for investment dealers is CIRO. CARFIS, FINAEU and AUFINS are invented bodies; a “CARFIS licence” is proof of fraud, not of regulation.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • victims shown CARFIS “licences” believing their broker is CIRO-regulated
  • fake regulator hosted as a subdomain of the scam broker itself
  • licence documents with internally impossible dates
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my CARFIS account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at no confirmed domain. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as CARFIS.

CARFIS says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
