Capitalix Review — Is Capitalix a Scam?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold this account, we cannot close a balance, and we do not phone you as this firm.

Yes. Capitalix is an offshore “award-winning broker” run by 4Square SY Ltd (Seychelles) whose claimed FSA licence fails verification — and whose Trustpilot score was pulled by Trustpilot itself after fake-review detection. The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid capitalix.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • Trustpilot removed the score itself: ~349 reviews at roughly 94% one-star, with Trustpilot making the rating unavailable citing guideline breaches and stripping fake reviews (checked Sep 2026). It sat near 1.8/5 before the cleanup.
  • Regulator notice: Chile’s CMF published a notice on 27 June 2023 naming Capitalix as NOT supervised by the CMF — an official unlicensed-operating flag.
  • The licence claim fails: WikiFX/WikiBit find “No valid forex licence found” for the claimed FSA Seychelles SD052; offshore-only structure with no FCA, CySEC or ASIC. The same operator runs the sibling brand FXRoad.
  • Documented losses follow the script: one victim lost USD 82,000 in under a month through serial “margin-cover” deposit demands (2024); another lost INR 13 lakhs; a “personal manager” coerced one victim into taking a $5,000 loan to keep funding the account (17 Jun 2024 review). The Trustpilot profile lists a UK contact location while the entity is Seychelles — misleading by design.
  • Celebrity-ad allegations appear in complaints, and inactivity fees zero accounts — every mechanism pushes one direction: more deposits, no withdrawals.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a $250 entry deposit from a social-media ad, then fake early profits
  • “margin cover” demands to save a position, escalating fast
  • withdrawal permitted only after investing more
  • an offshore shell with an unverifiable licence and a fake UK address impression
  • a Trustpilot score withdrawn by Trustpilot for fake reviews
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Capitalix account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at capitalix.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Capitalix.

Capitalix says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
