  • FCA clone warning, first published 20 June 2019, updated 1 October 2026: Cadwyn Capital is not authorised. The FCA says fraudsters are using that name, telephone +44 2033189655, website cadwyncapital.com, and the address 13 Lansdowne Gardens, London, SW8 2EQ. A clone warning, not a criminal conviction. No Financial Ombudsman and no FSCS cover if you deal with the clone.
  • The same notice names the genuine firm: Cadwyn Capital LLP, FCA firm reference 432985, 13 Lansdowne Gardens, London, SW8 2EQ, telephone +44 2076228673. The notice prints no website for that firm. The FCA says the authorised firm has no association with the clone.
  • This page is the clone at cadwyncapital.com. It is not a review of Cadwyn Capital LLP. The street address on the notice is the same for both; the telephone is not.
