What the notices say

  • BBB Scam Tracker 1156211 (7 January 2026) is a victim account, not a court finding: the complainant bought crypto on Coinbase to send to Bituigg Exchange at www.bituigg.vip, believing someone connected to an IC3 report had directed them there. An account-restore fee of $5,320 was paid. A further $5,000 was then demanded to raise a “credit rating”. A promised refund of $15,210 did not arrive. Reported loss $15,201. The contact is named Mark Bituigg.
  • Those figures and the personal name are the complainant's. Coinbase is the exchange the complainant used to buy the crypto. It is not Bituigg. The FBI does not send people to a private site to pay an unlock fee. Someone who says they do is the pitch.
  • This is the second-wave pattern: a fee to recover money already lost, then another fee. No regulator warning naming bituigg.vip was located in this pass.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a message, after a loss, sending you to bituigg.vip
  • someone claiming a government agency told them to use that site
  • an unlock fee, then a credit-rating deposit, then still no refund
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Bituigg Exchange account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at bituigg.vip. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Bituigg Exchange.

Bituigg Exchange says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
