What the notices say

  • The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warned on 25 March 2025 that BitprimeFx is suspected boiler-room investment fraud, and published the address 10 Caerfai Bay Road, Tedstone Delamere, UK. That warning is the regulator's. It is not a criminal conviction.
  • Trustpilot reviews of bitprimefx.com, from 2019 through a 12 July 2024 review, describe the same advance-fee pattern in the reviewers' own words: a tax, an “insurance of risk management”, a percentage of displayed profit, and a further payment to “decrypt” the account. One 2024 reviewer also names a sister site, bitprimemarket.com. The amounts in those reviews, including roughly $7,000 and a demanded $2,279, are the reviewers'.
  • Template write-ups that discuss bitprimefx.net were not used. This page sticks to the AFM warning and the Trustpilot profile for bitprimefx.com.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a manager who shows a profit and then asks for tax or insurance
  • a percentage of the on-screen profit due before any withdrawal
  • a second website, such as bitprimemarket.com, once the first one stalls
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Bitprime FX account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at bitprimefx.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Bitprime FX.

Bitprime FX says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
