What the notices say

  • CySEC warning, 2 May 2022: Binarium Ltd, company HE321566, and the sites binarium.com, binarium.link, binarium.click, binarium.global, binarium.trading and binarium.trade, had not been authorised to provide investment services under Law 87(I)/2017. A company number is not that authorisation.
  • Bank of Russia warning list, entry dated 1 June 2021, data current to 5 October 2026: Binarium Ltd (Binarium), signs of an illegal professional securities-market participant.
  • Neither notice is a criminal conviction. Both say the firm was not authorised for the activity they describe.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a binary-options account at binarium.com or one of the other hostnames CySEC listed
  • a Cyprus company number offered as if it were a CySEC licence
  • a deposit into an options balance you cannot withdraw
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Binarium account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at binarium.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Binarium.

Binarium says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
