What the notices say

  • BaFin warning, 15 June 2026: BaFin says arcova-ai.com is used to offer financial, investment, and crypto-asset services without the required authorisation. It says the operators refer to themselves as Arcova (haftungsbeschränkt) or Arcova LLC, and that the alleged Austrian commercial-register entry cannot be verified.
  • CSSF warning, published 10 July 2026 and updated 29 July 2026: unknown persons misuse the name of SB Systems sp. z o.o. The notice names the website www.arcova-ai.com, the email support@sb-financial.org, and the alleged office 2, Boulevard De La Foire, 3. Stock, L-1528 Luxembourg. The CSSF says SB Systems sp. z o.o. has no connection with those activities and is not authorised to provide investment or other financial services in or from Luxembourg. This page is the arcova-ai.com warning. It is not a review of that Polish company, and it is not a review of arcova.com, a separate domain registered on 1 January 2004.
  • RDAP record checked 20 October 2026: arcova-ai.com was registered on 10 September 2025. The registry status includes client hold. Last changed 11 September 2026. A German law-firm article dated 3 August 2026 also names depot.dfhxd352.com beside Arcova. That link is the firm's account. The BaFin notice does not name that host.
